Pd-Fe/TiO_2常压催化加氢合成2,4-二氟苯胺

Preparation of 2,4-Difluoroaniline by Catalytic Hydrogenation in the Presence of Pd-Fe/TiO_2 Catalyst at Normal Pressure

摘要 以自制的Pd-Fe/TiO2为催化剂,对2,4-二氟硝基苯常压催化氢化得到2,4-二氟苯胺,用沸点、元素分析、IR和1H NMR对它们的结构进行了表征,证明为目标产物;确定优化工艺条件为0.1mol硝基物,催化剂2.6g/mol硝基物,无水乙醇作溶剂,用量为80mL,反应温度为50℃,0.1 MPa下加氢反应2h,产率为98.1%,产物的纯度达99.5%。 Pd-Fe/TiO2 Catalyst was prepared and used to catalyze the hydrogenation of 2,4-difluoro-nitrobenzene at normal pressure to prepare 2,4-difluoroaniline. the product was characterized and proved to be target product by IR, 1^H NMR, melting point test, and elemental analysis, the optimum conditions were determined to be as follows: 0.1 mol 2,4-difluoro-nitrobenzene, 2.6 g Pd-Fe/TiO2catalyst per mol 2,4-difluoro-nitrobenzene, 80 mL anhydrous alcohol as solvent, the hydrogenation reaction lasting 2 hours at 50 ℃ at normal pressure. The rate of production is 98.1%, and the purity of product reaches 99.5%.
