摘要
分别用吸入质量和吸入容积表示压缩机级的吸入量,来推导往复压缩机级吸气系数的准确计算式及其工程简化计算式,并通过例证说明其简化式的准确性。以某化肥装置CO2压缩机的第4、第5级为例,分析影响各级吸气系数的因素,说明吸气加热是使第5级吸气系数下降的主要原因;而对于其他压缩机级,相对余隙容积α则是影响吸气系数λs的主要因素。
The accurate calculating formulae and simplified engineering calculating formulae of the stage suction coefficients of receiprocating compressors were derived by using the mass intake and volume intake to express the suction quantity,and the accuracy of the simplified formulae was verified with some examples.The factors influencing the suction coefficients on every stage were analysed with the fourth and the fifth stages of CO 2 compressors in a chemical fertilizer plants as an example.The result shows that the decrease cause of the suction coefficient on the fifth stage is because of the heating in suction process,the major factor influencing suction coefficients λ s is relative clearance volume α for other stages of receiprocating compressors.
