金陵公司化肥厂技术改造的回顾和展望

REVIEW OF TECHNICAL RENOVATION OF JINLING CHEMICAL FERTILIZER PLANT AND FUTURE PROSPECTS

金陵公司化肥厂围绕着“增产”和“节能”两个主题，走内涵挖潜的道路，经多年的努力，将当年以８０％设计能力验收的大化肥厂改造成一座超设计能力１１０％并具有较低能耗的工厂。１９９６年，工厂取得年产合成氨３９．５万ｔ，尿素６８．１万ｔ，吨氨综合能耗３７．２２ＧＪ的历史最好成绩。从技术进步的角度，回顾了近２０年的进程。

Aiming at “production increasing”and“energy saving”,Jinling Chemical Fertilizer Plant tapped its latent power to increase economic efficiency.After years of endevour,the capacity of the Chemical Fertilizer Plant was improved to 110% of the designed capacity with low energy consumption from the original 80%.In 1996,the Plant produced 395000t ammonia and 681000t urea,the comprehensive energy consumption is 37.22GJ/t ammonia,which is the best achievement since its commissioning.The author reviews the advancement in nearly 20 years and looks into the future prospects.
