苯菲尔脱碳中蒸汽喷射系统模拟

SIMULATION OF THE STEAM JETTING SYSTEM OF THE BENFIELD CO 2 REMOVING PROCESS

苯菲尔脱碳中的蒸汽喷射闪蒸系统，由蒸汽喷射、被抽蒸汽的吸引、混合、扩压等过程组成。根据理论推导，建立了各部位Ｐ，Ｔ，ｉ″，Ｗ的关系。以外商的资料为依据，通过模拟计算，得出各级的蒸汽喷射效率、混合效率、扩压效率、喷射系数。这些数值都在情理范围之内。

The steam jetting flash system of the Benfield CO 2 removing process is integrated with steam jetting and the sueking,mixing,pressure expanding phases of the stripped steam.Based on the theoretic methods,the relation of P,T,i″,W is established and a simulation program is developed.According to the design data of the established plants,the efficiencies of steam jetting,mixing and pressure expanding of different levels are obtained by simulation and the result is in the rational range,which allowing its instructive position in absorbing the advanced technology in the world.
