颈椎前后路联合360°椎管成形术的护理配合及并发症的应对预案

摘要 目的通过总结颈椎前后路联合360°椎管成形术治疗脊骨型颈椎病的术中护理经验,对术中可能出现的并发症提出预案和措施。方法选择7例脊骨型颈椎病患者为观察对象,手术方法采用颈椎前后路联合360°椎管成形术,密切医护配合。结果手术成功率100%,临床有效率100%,治愈率90%以上,未发生任何并发症。结论护理配合是保证成功颈椎前后路联合360°椎管成形术成功的重要因素。 Objective To summarize the nursing experience of undergoing front and back paths spinal canal plastic operation and make preventative measure of operation complications. Methods Seven patients with cervical syndrome were treated with front and back paths 360° spinal canal plastic operation. Doctors and nurses cooperated intimately. Results The achievement ratio of operation was 100%, effective ratio was 100%, recovery rate was over 90% and no complication happened. Conclusion Nursing coordination is an important factor to assure success of front and back paths 360° spinal canal plastic operation.
