Taurolidine通过诱导小鼠黑色素瘤(B16-4A5)细胞凋亡提高放射敏感性临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:Taurolidine通过诱导小鼠黑色素瘤细胞(B16-4A5)凋亡,提高放射敏感性。方法:通过流式细胞仪检测不同浓度的taurolidine对B16-4A5细胞凋亡的影响;细胞克隆实验检测taurolidine的放射增敏性。结果:50μmol/L的taurolidine作用于B16-4A5细胞48 h,诱导12%的细胞凋亡,并显示了显著的时效和量效关系;细胞克隆存活实验显示,当25μmol/L的taurolidine与X射线联合时,细胞存活率开始降低,并随着药物浓度的增加,细胞存活率进一步下降,放射增敏比(SER D0和SER Dq)随着taurolidine的浓度增加而增加。结论:Taurolidine可能通过诱导B16-4A5细胞凋亡,提高放射敏感性。
