劳动和资本的关系,是市场经济的重大问题,能否协调处理好,关系市场经济的成败。社会主义市场经济要坚持劳动价值论和按劳分配为主体,充分调动广大劳动者的积极性和创造性,同时保护劳动者的合法权益,促进劳资关系协调发展。在我国学术界,有人为资本剥削劳动辩护,鼓吹私有化、自由化,反对《劳动合同法》,引起劳动群众不满,应该受到批判。

The relation between capital and labor is the vital one which determines the success of the market economy. While persisting in the labor theory of value and the distribution according to work, socialist market economy also concerts developments in the relation between capital and labor. People who deny the exploitation of capital on labor should be criticized.
