Solution to cooperation problem in Xinpai-Driven worklflow model

目的在工作流过程模型中描述实际业务过程中的协同问题。方法借鉴CSCW领域的研究成果,在信牌驱动工作流模型的基础上引入会话协作活动和会议协作活动。结果会话活动和会议活动能够有效描述业务过程中的协同行为。结论会话活动和会议活动增强了信牌驱动模型的表达能力和适用性,并且可以作为解决同类问题的参考。

Aim To define the cooperation behaviors in actual business processes in workflow process.Methods The solution is to introduce dialog activity and meeting activity,according to the concepts in CSCW,into the Xinpai-Driven workflow model.Results Dialog activity and meeting activity can be used to describe typical cooperation work in business process effectively.Conclusion These two kinds of activities enhance the expressiveness and suitability of Xinpai-Driven model.And also,the solution can be used for reference by other similar problems.
