摘要
目的探讨CK(肌酸激酶),SDH(琥珀酸脱氢酶),AST(天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶),HDL(高密度脂蛋白),LDL(低密度脂蛋白)与运动强度、体重、心率、血压变化的关系。方法采用BECK-MAN-42型生化自动分析仪和RM-6000多导生理记录仪,测定不同强度游泳训练的SD大鼠血清CK,AST和SDH酶活性,HDL,LDL和大鼠体重、血压、心率的变化。结果一般训练组体重、血压恒定,心率、HDL降低,血清CK,SDH,AST升高;运动超负荷组体重下降,HR、血压、LDL及CK,SDH,AST升高且幅度显著。结论一般运动负荷是机体运动代谢机能改善的适应性变化,对维持机体健康水平有利;超负荷运动可能与机体组织器官的运动性损伤有关,对维持机体健康不利。
Aim To study the relationship between CK,SDH,AST,HDL,LDL and body weight,blood pressure and rhythm of the heart.Methods Activity of serum CK,AST,HDL and changes of body weight,blood pressure,heart rate were determined on swimming trained rats using BECKMAN-42 automatic biochemistry anodize,RM-6000 physiology recorder.Results The body weight and blood pressure are stable,but heart rate high-density lipoprotein(HDL)decrease.Creation Hinse(CK),succinodely drogenase(SDH) and aspartate transaminase(AST) increase in normal-training group;body weight decreases and heart rate increases significantly as well as blood pressure,LDL,CK,SDH and AST.Conclusion It is suggested that common load helps to keep health and is benefited of body's metabolism,over load may cause injary of organism and tissue and do harm to health.
