基于拓展C-OWGA算子的多属性群决策方法 被引量:4

摘要 目的为求决策方法的简洁实用,研究决策信息为区间数的多属性群决策问题。方法将连续的OWGA(C-OWGA)集结算子拓展到不确定环境之中,提出了一些不确定信息(区间数)集成新算子,如加权的C-OWGA(WC-OWGA)算子、有序加权的C-OWGA(OWC-OWGA)算子以及混合的C-OWGA(HC-OWGA)算子。结果结合区间数的运算法则,利用HC-OWGA算子对决策信息进行集结而获得方案的排序。提出了基于HC-OWGA算子的不确定多属性群决策方法。结论算例表明该方法是可行有效的,且该方法有良好的应用前景。 Aim To study the multi-attribute group decisionmaking problem that the decision-making information takes the form of interval numbers.Methods The continuous ordered weighted geometric averaging(C-OWGA) operator is extended to accommodate uncertain environment.Some new operators for aggregating uncertain information in the form of interval numbers,such as the weighted C-OWGA(WC-OWGA) operator,the ordered weighted C-OWGA(OWC-OWGA) operator and the hybrid C-OWGA(HC-OWGA) operator,etc,are presented.Results With the operational laws of interval numbers,the decision-making information is aggregated to obtain the priorities on alternatives by using HC-OWGA operator A novel method based on the HC-OWGA operator for uncertain multi-attribute group decision-making problem is proposed.Conclusion A practical example is given to show the feasibility and availability of the developed method.
