蓝芩口服液治疗放射性咽喉炎148例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Lanqin Oral Solution for Treatment of 148 Cases of Radiation Laryngopharyngitis

目的观察蓝芩口服液治疗放射性咽喉炎的疗效和安全性。方法本院住院的恶性肿瘤患者148例,男81例,女67例,年龄31～87岁。均为经病理或细胞学检查确诊的恶性肿瘤,放疗后出现咽部不适等症状,诊断为放射性咽喉炎。按随机数字表法分为两组：治疗组100例和对照组48例。治疗组给予蓝芩口服液（扬子江药业集团生产,主要成分为板蓝根、黄芩、栀子、胖大海、黄柏,国药准字Z19991005）10 ml,3次/d。对照组给予雾化吸入、止痛等对症治疗。两组均以1周为1疗程,观察1疗程。结果治疗组治愈率、总有效率显著高于对照组（分别为χ^2=4.896,χ^2=4.128,P均〈0.01）。治疗组咽痛、咽部充血、咽喉壁黏膜干燥、萎缩消失时间明显短于对照组（P均〈0.05）。结论蓝芩口服液治疗放射性咽喉炎安全、有效。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Lanqin oral solution on radiation laryngopharyngitis and its safety.Methods A total of 148 inpatients with malignant tumor were enrolled from the department of Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM）,PLA General Hospital.There were 81 males and 67 females aged from 31 to 87 years.All the patients were diagnosed as malignant tumor by pathological or cytological examination,and were then diagnosed as radiation laryngopharyngitis after radiotherapy.Furthermore,they were divided into two groups at random,i.e.trial group（n=100） and control group（n=48）.The trial group were treated with Lanqin oral solution（10 ml,thrice per day）,which was produced by Yangtze River Pharmacy Group Co.Ltd.The main constituents were isatis root,scutellaria,gardenia,boat-fruited sterculia,and cortex phellodendri.The control group was treated with heteropathy.Both the groups were treated for one week as a cycle of treatment.Results（1） The overall response rate of the trial group was higher than that of the control group（χ^24.896,χ^24.128,P〈0.01）.（2） The time,within which the clinical symptoms and signs disappeared,was shorter in the trial group than in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Lanqin oral solution is safe and effective on radiation laryngopharyngitis.It is worth spreading clinically.
