摘要
三峡电厂正在进行创建国际一流水电厂工作,一流的电厂需要一流的管理,自动化水平的高低直接反映电厂设备管理水平的高低,电厂计算机监控系统的特点决定了电厂自动化程度的高低。为此总公司及三峡电厂各级领导十分重视,三峡右岸计算机监控系统从设计阶段的招标文件的编写开始,历经招标、合同谈判、合同签订、设计联络会、联合开发,直到最后的现场调试和投运,三峡电厂人员全过程参加,计算机监控系统项目的现场实施由三峡电厂人员负责,实践证明这种方式可以充分体现用户意志,加快开发和建设进程,培养掌握关键技术的人才。
The automation level reflects the equipment management level for a hydropower plant.The staff of the plant from the beginning to the end takes part in the bid document writing,the contract negotiating,the contract signing,the design joint meeting,the joint development and the adjusting test to the computer supervision and control system for Three Gorges Right Bank Power Station.The staff of the plant is in charge of the project implementation.In this way,it can fully reflect the user's wishes,quicken developing and constructing pace,be favorable to train the technical per- sonnel.
