摘要
通过蜗壳导流板振动、应力和压力脉动测试,分析机组在开、停机等过渡过程及不同运行负荷下导流板动应力和静应力水平以及其随负荷的变化规律,并对导流板撕裂的原因进行了初步分析。
Since the ALSTOM units put into service in Three Gorges Left Bank Power Station,some spiral case guide plates had been damaged in different degree.By the test of vibration,stress and hydraulic pressure pulse on the guide plate,analyzes the dynamic/static stress and variation regularity under the transient process in starting/stopping machine and different loads.Preliminary analyzes the cause that lead the guide plates to damage.
