低血钾危象补钾浓度的探讨

Study on High Concentration of Potassium Supplement in Hypopotassemia Crisis and Review of Domestic Literature

目的探讨低血钾危象时补钾的浓度和量。方法总结21例低血钾危象病人（27%）的临床和治疗并结合国内文献进行复习。结果对中重度病人用0.45%、危象病人用1%的补钾浓度,2～3 g/h的速度较为合适。结论对低血钾危象者既不宜用0.3%的常规浓度也不必用5%～10%的极高浓度,而量的掌握则视血清钾上升的程度。

Objective To explore the concentration and quantity of potassium supplement in hypopotassemia crisis.Methods The treatment of 78 patients with hypopotassemia ／ was summarized and relevant domestic literature was reviewed.Results For the moderate and severe patients with hypopotassemia,0.45% of potassium was applicable,and 1% of potassium was suitable for the hypopotassemia crisis patients.The speed of 2-3 g of potassium per hour was appropriate.Conclusion For the patients with hypopotassemia crisis 0.3% of conventional potassium concentration is insufficient,but 5%-10% of high concentration is unnecessary.The control of quantity rests on the degree of increasing potassium concentration in serum.
