CT,B超定位引导在经皮经肝穿刺胆道引流术中的应用价值

Application of Computerized Tomography and Bultrasonotomography to Operation of Percutaneous Transhepatic Biliary Drainage

目的探讨经皮经肝穿刺胆道引流术(PTBD),应用CT、B超定位引导的价值。方法制定合理的穿刺计划后,在CT及B超引导下,在C形臂检查床上操作。结果穿刺建立引流通道148个部位,最终全部穿刺成功,其中CT定位引导下穿刺成功98个部位;CT联合B超引导成功26个部位;B超引导下成功24个部位。结论在进行PTBD操作时,合理运用CT、B超引导能明显提高成功率、减少并发症。

Objective To study the application of computerized tomography（CT） and B-ultrasonotomography to percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage（PTBD） operation.Methods According to the reasonable operative plan,operation was performed under the guidance of CT and B-ultrasonotomography on the examining table with C-arm.Results Of all the 148 canals for drainage purpose successfully established in the PTBD operations,98 were successful in puncture under the guidance of CT localization,26 were successful under the guidance of CT localization plus B-ultrasonotomography,and 24 were successful under the guidance of B-ultrasonotomography.Conclusion The appropriate application of CT and B-ultrasonotomography to the operation of PTBD can obviously not only enhance its success rate but reduce the postoperative complications as well.
