摘要
[目的]研究缺血性中风病急性期的预后相关因素。[方法]对缺血性中风住院患者进行临床信息的采集,并对患者1a内的结局进行追踪分析。[结果]共观察患者182例,剔除10例。1a内死亡7例,复发4例。年龄、性别、合并疾病情况和入院时患者的证候特征与中风病急性期预后有关。[结论]高龄、男性、合并高血压、冠心病以及中医证候特点是中风病急性期的预后因素。
[Objective] To investigate the prognosis correlation factors of acute ischemic stroke. [Methods] To acquired the clinical information of the ischemic stroke patients in hospital. And to made the follow-up study for one year. [Results] The 182 patients were entered into the study and 10 cases were kicked off. The 7 patients died and 4 recurred. The outcome of the stroke patients have the relation with the age, sex, combinated diseases and the character of patterns. [Conclusions] Senility,male, combinated hypertension or coronary heart disease,and the character of patterns ale the prognosis factors of acute ischemic stroke.
