摘要
目的:研究银杏酸对痤疮致病菌生长的影响。方法:以银杏酸同系物和3种单体为抑菌剂,对痤疮丙酸杆菌、表皮葡萄球菌进行抑菌试验,测定对细菌胞内酶的影响。结果:银杏酸对痤疮致病菌有良好的生长抑制作用,并造成痤疮丙酸杆菌门冬氨酸氨基转移酶外泄。结论:银杏酸可通过抑制痤疮致病菌生长对痤疮起到治疗作用。
Objective: To study the inhibition effects of ginkgolic acids against pathogenic bacterium of Acnes. Methods: To observe the growth of P. aches and S. epidermidis in culture medium containing ginkgolic acids and their three monomers, and to determine the concentrations of AST, LDH,CK and HB- DH in culture medium. Results: Ginkgolic acids exhibited a significative antibacterial activity against P. aches and S. epidermidis. The AST in P. acnes leaked out from the cell, after treated with ginkgolic acids. Conclusion: Ginkgolic acids had therapeutical effect to Acnes by exhibiting a significant antibacterial activity against P. acnes.
