摘要
本文以ZnCl2为锌源,加入过量氨水(NH3)和十六烷基三甲基铵溴化物(CTAB),采用水热法控制合成纳米ZnO。采用XRD,TEM等测试手段对纳米级的粉体结构和形貌进行研究。实验表明:该法制备的就是六方相的ZnO纳米棒。
ZnO nanorods have been prepared by the controlled hydrothermal synthesis method. In this paper,ZnCl2 was used as zinc source,add NH3 excess and some CTAB. The X-ray diffraction(XRD) patterns show that all of the diffraction peaks can be indexed to the hexagonal structure of ZnO. High resolution transmission electron microscopy ( TEM ) identifies that ZnO nanorods are single crystalline in nature.
