过氧化氢在表面技术工艺中获得了越来越广泛的应用.回顾了过氧化氢近十余年研究概况,介绍了它在电镀(镀锡、镀银锡、镀铜锌)、化学镀铜、表面处理(浸蚀、化学抛光、电化学抛光、清洗、阳极氧化、磷化、退镀)、印制电路几方面中的应用,提出了使用过氧化氢应注意的问题.还列出了44篇参考文献.

Hydrogen Peroxide has found more and more applications in surface technology process. Its research survey in recent decades is outlined,the application of hydrogen peroxide in electroplating (An,AgSn,CuZr).electroless Cu、Surface treatment (etch,chemical polishing,electrochemical polishing,scrubbing,anodic oxide, phosphating,strip-ping) and printed circuit are stated and forward several questions which should be noticed in the application of the hydrogen peroxide.
