金刚石表面电磁场下化学镀Ni-Co-B合金研究

摘要 研究了金刚石表面电磁场下化学镀Ni-Co-B三元合金的工艺及其对金刚石性能的影响.结果表明:采用该方法,可在金刚石表面获得均匀的Ni-Co-B合金镀层.该镀层可提高金刚石的抗压强度和抗氧化温度,使950℃×20min热处理后的强度损失率降低. The technology of electroless plating Ni-Co-B alloy on diamond surface under electromagnetic field and the properties of the alloy clad diamond have beenstudied. The results show that the even Ni-Co-B alloy plating is formed on diamond surface using the technology. The plating can incress the comressive strength and the oxidation temperature of diamond as well as can reduce the rate of strength loss of diamond after heat treatment at 950 ℃ for 20 min.
