摘要 目的采用紫外分光光度法,测定盐酸异丙嗪片的含量。方法以0.01 mol/L的盐酸为空白,测得盐酸异丙嗪在298 nm处有最大吸收,通过测其吸光度,绘制其工作曲线。结果盐酸异丙嗪浓度在25~60μg/ml范围内,其浓度与吸光度成线性关系,遵从朗伯-比尔定律,其直线回归方程为A=0.02383+0.00995C(μg/ml),线性相关系数r=0.9994,平均回收率为100.9%。结论通过各种实验条件的优化,建立了一种测定盐酸异丙嗪的紫外分光光度法。该法简便,快速,专属性好,结果可靠,适用于该制剂的质量控制。 Objective:To use ultraviolet and visible spectrophotometry to determine hydrochloric Yibingqin.Methods: With 0.01mol/L hydrochloric,promethazine hydrochloride was detected in 298nm with greatest absorbtion,and the mapping of its curve was made by measuring its absorbance.Results: In concentrations of Promethazine hydrochloride 25~60μg/ml,their concentration and absorbance were in the linear relationship with Lambert-Beer Law,the linear regression equation was A=0.02383+0.00995C(μg/ml),and the linear correlation coefficient r=0.9994.The average recovery rate was the 100.9﹪.Conclusion: Through various experimental conditions optimized,an UV-vis measurements of promethazine hydrochloride is established.The method is simple and quick with good exclusive property and reliable results,which can be applied to the quality control of the preparations.
