组织政治知觉的形成因素及管理对策研究 被引量:2

摘要 组织中的资源是有限的,导致政治行为在组织之中无所不在,影响到员工和组织的发展。本文描述了组织政治及组织政治知觉的定义和Ferris等(1989)的组织政治知觉模型,结合国外实证研究的结果对形成组织政治知觉的个人因素、环境因素、组织因素进行了分析,并根据实证研究的结果从个人、环境和组织三个层面提出了相应的降低组织政治知觉的管理对策。
