蜂胶醇提物对小鼠学习记忆功能的影响

Effect of extraction from propolis on memory and learning ability of mice

目的观察蜂胶醇提物对小鼠学习记忆功能的影响,并初步探讨其机制。方法利用Y型迷宫进行测试,观察蜂胶醇提物对小鼠学习记忆功能的影响。结果蜂胶醇提物中、高剂量组与空白组相比能明显降低小鼠的错误反应数(P<0.01);腹腔注射东莨宕碱小鼠错误反应数增加(P<0.01),产生记忆障碍,预先灌胃蜂胶醇提物则小鼠错误反应数明显下降(P<0.01)。结论蜂胶醇提物能明显提高正常小鼠的学习记忆功能,可能与中枢胆碱能通路有关。

Objective ： To observe the effect of extraction of propolis on memory and learning ability of mice and approach initially the mechanism of action Methods ： The learning and memory of mice were determined by Y-labyrinthic method. Results ： Extraction of Propolis could decrease the error number （EN） of mice（P〈0.01）. EN were increased after the mice were injected scopolamine（P〈0.01）.
