神经性厌食症21例回顾性分析

Retrospective analysis of 21 anorexia nervosa

目的探讨神经性厌食症患者的临床表现、内分泌功能改变和治疗方法。方法分析21例神经性厌食症患者的临床资料、内分泌激素水平、血生化改变及治疗方法。结果本组患者均为青年女性,常见诱因为精神刺激和畸形的瘦身追求;临床特点主要为厌食、消瘦和继发性闭经;绝大多数患者经综合治疗后均取得显著疗效。结论精神因素与本病的发生密切相关,厌食、消瘦和继发性闭经为神经性厌食症的主要临床特征,同时伴有血生化及内分泌功能异常;治疗应选择心理、药物和营养支持等综合疗法。

Objective： To explore the symptoms of anorexia nervosa, the changes of function and treatment methods. Methods： The clinical materials, level of endocrine hermone, the changes of and treament methods of 21 cases of anorexia nervesa were analysed. Results ： The patients in th e group were all females and the common causes were spiritual stimulus and the desire of slimming. The clinical symtoms were mainly dislike for food, thinning and secondary amenorrhea. And treatments were effective in the absolute majority of the patients. Conclusion： Spiritul factors are closely related to the occurrrence of the disease. The main sysptoms are dislike for food, thinning and secondary amenorrhea in combination with abnormal changes of biochemical blood and endocrine and comprehensive method should be applied including psychology, medicine and nutrition.
