食管空肠端端一层吻合在经腹全胃切除术中的应用

目的探讨全胃切除术后食管空肠一层吻合技术的临床应用价值与技巧。方法1900年6月至2004年6月,168例全胃切除术后食管空肠吻合,采用一层端端手法吻合的方法。结果全组应用168例无吻合口漏发生。结论食管空肠一层吻具有组织层次对合良好,简便省时,有效地预防吻合口漏和狭窄,值得临床应用与推广。

Objective ： In order to study the modification and tecknique of one -layer end-to-end esophagojeunosto-. my anastomosis with hand procedure. Methods ： From June 1990 to June 2004, with one-layered end-to-end esophago-jeunostomy anastomosis by hand procedure, 168 cases of totall gastric resection were done. Result： There was no anastomosis fistula. Conclusion ： One-layered end-to-end esophagojeunostomy anastomosis possess anastomosis regularily.simple procedure. Thie method of anastom is of significantly clinical valure.
