摘要
根据试验得到了酸性化学镀Ni—P合金镀液中反应物浓度、pH值及温度等因素与沉积速率间的对数关系曲线,分别确定上述诸因素所对应的反应动力学参数,提出了镀液沉积速率的经验方程式.
Logarithmic relationship curves between deposition rate and concentr,dtion of reactants, pH value, operation temperature were given for acidic electroless Ni-P alloy plating solution through experiments. Reaction kinetic parameters were obtained from comparison of experimental results and kinetic equations. Experimental equation of deposition rale was derived.
