TH-1型脱氢催化剂的性能及工业应用

摘要 介绍TH-1型脱氢催化剂的性能及工业应用情况。结果表明,TH-1型催化剂能有效地脱除CO2气体中的H2,彻底消除了尿素合成含氢尾气爆炸的隐患。该催化剂工业应用已运行3年多,在进口温度只有120℃左右的情况下,出口气H2含量一直小于10×10-6。具有净化度高,运转费用低,寿命长等特点,可广泛应用于合成尿素原料CO2气体中H2的深度脱除。 Presents the performances and industrial application of TH-1 dehydrogenation catalyst. The results indicate that TH-1 catalyst can effectively remove H2 from CO2, thoroughly eliminating the hidden peril of the explosion of H2-containing tail gas from urea synthesis. The catalyst has been in operation for over 3 years. Under the condition of the inlet temperature to be only about 120℃, the H2 content in the outlet gas keeps below 10×10^-6. TH-1 has the characteristics of high purification degree, low operating cost and long service life, etc., which can be widely used in deep removal of H2 from urea feed gas CO2.
