摘要 针对尿素装置二氧化碳压缩机高压缸剩余轴向推力不稳定,推力瓦易烧而频繁损坏的情况进行原因分析,从瓦本身的结构及加工上提出改进措施,在检修中对推力瓦进行结构改进,对推力瓦块进行改造处理,以提高推力瓦的工作稳定性及使用寿命。 In view of the fact that CO2 compressors in urea unit are usually encountered with the unstable marginal axial thrust (namely the repeated occurrence of thrust variety in the event of operation fluctuation. Furthermore, the thrust produced by the thrust-bush almost reaches its upper limit), which is quite liable to giving rise to frequent bum-out damage to bush. The author tries to probe into the causes, proceeded with a countermeasure in terms of self-structure alteration and machining process improvement. This idea has been put into practice during the unit turn around without changing the bush original assemble dimension, an attempt which has been improved to be quite rewarding in enhanced stability and prolonged service life.
