The wall thickness of high temperature shift furnace cylinder amounts to 85 train, equipment material is imported A204 GR B FBQ. By analyzing reasons for cracking of cylinder joint tube and the weldability of low-alloy heat resistant steel, made out the repair scheme and welding process, which were verified to be qualified by practice.
