Theoretical hypothesis, including political economics, is the presupposition and basis of scientific research. Modem Marxist political economics should go deeper into the level of theoretical hypothesis to set up basic thoughts and carry out logic discussions. It is a necessity to communicate and discuss with modem western mainstream economics from the basis. We empha- size the preciseness of academy and close to reality during the process of taking advantages of modem western economics. Therefore, it is necessary to make classifications on theoretical hypothesis.
