西部地区加工贸易发展的产业定位分析

Analysis on the Industry Orientation of the Development of Processing Trade Industry in Western China

从理论与现实视角,对西部地区加工贸易发展的产业定位进行分析。通过对传统贸易理论的批判以及现实问题的探讨,基本结论是:传统的比较优势理论不能够作为西部地区发展加工贸易的指导思想,西部地区应该选择具有替代性小、高附加值以及具有地方特色的加工贸易产品,优先考虑技术含量高、产业链长、增值率高的加工贸易产业。

The paper analyzes the industry orientation of the development of processing trade industry in western China from the angle of theory and practice. Through the authors＇criticism on traditional trade theory and their exploration on realistic problems, the conclusion is that traditional theory of comparative advantage cannot be considered as the guidance to guide the development of processing trade industry in western regions in China. Western regions should choose to develop products with low substitutability, high added value, and local characteristics. Processing trade industries with high technology content, long industry chain and high growth rate should be considered first.
