摘要
提出了基于CAN总线的测试系统的设计方案,完成对汽车电子点火系统的功能检测和信号分析。介绍了测试系统的总体结构,分析了各CAN节点的原理和功能,探讨了电机控制节点、点火线圈高速数据采集节点等设计思路。实验结果表明:该系统具有良好的性能,解决了在线测试设备中的测试速度、瞬时脉冲信号的捕捉等问题,在汽车点火系统测试的准确性、精确度方面都达到了较高要求。
The design of system based on CAN Bus was introduced,it realized the signal analysis and function test for automobile ignition system. The systematic architecture was introduced, the principle and function of each CAN node was analyzed,and the design mentality of motor control node and the node for high-speed datum gathering of ignition coil was discussed. The experimental result indicates that the system has excellent systematical performance. Problems such as test speed in on-line test equipment and sampling for instantaneous pulse signal etc. were solved, which shows that the system reaches relatively high extent in veracity and accuracy respects of ignition test system.
