Distributed Control System Based on Embedded Idea for Heating Power Supply

摘要 结合集散式控制系统的特点,设计了一种嵌入式热力供暖集散控制系统。该系统采用智能化SoC嵌入式数据终端处理器作为控制终端,通过远程定标的方法实现现场检测及高精度的控制。采用时间隧道数据处理的方法使数据处理系统化,提高了系统的稳定性。系统结构可梯次扩展,数据终端与计算机通过公用电话网组成局域数字通信系统。控制终端提供RS-485、RS-232串行口通信,以备系统扩展和升级。实践证明:系统成本低、功能强、灵活、可靠。 A heating power supply distributed control system was designed. An intelligent SoC embedded data terminal processor was developed, and was used as the system's Control terminal. It brings about accurate measure and precision control by a method of remote calibration. Its data were systematically processed by a time tunnel idea to improve the system stabihty. Its structure can be extended in staircase, with computer data terminals comprising local digital communication system through the PSTN. Control Terminal for RS485, RS232 serial communications, expansion and upgrading of equipment. Practice proves that this system is low cost, high performance, flexible, and reliable.
