摘要 通过缩合反应合成了一种新型涤纶抗静电剂APPS,探索出了较适当的反应条件。采用IR,DSC,TG等分析测试手段表征了聚合物的结构、耐热性等。研究结果表明:APPS的合成反应条件与PET的合成反应条件类似。合成物APPS是一种无规嵌段的共缩聚物,难结晶,有较好的耐热性,可与PET共混纺丝并使PET的体积比电阻下降2~4个数量级。  new antistatic agent named Antistatic Polyethylene temphthalate Polyethylene glycol 5 Sulfoisophthalate Sodium Salt(APPS) was synthesized by condensation copolymerization and the proper reaction conditions were studied.The structure for APPS and its thermal stability were characterized by IR,DSC,TG,etc.The results showed that the reaction conditions of APPS were similar to those of PET,and that APPS crystallizing difficultly was a kind of atactic block condensation copolymer which had a fine thermal stability.It could be used in blend spinning with PET chips and could make their bulk resistivity decreased by 2 ̄4 orders of magnitude.
