摘要
以一种有机过氧化物(OPO)和有机还原剂(ORA)组成的新引发体系,在ZnCl2溶液中研究了AN-MA-IA的溶液共聚合反应。结果表明,初始聚合反应速度与两种引发剂各自浓度的1/2次方成正比,与单体浓度[M]的3/2次方成正比,并求得聚合反应表观活化能为49.91kJ/mol。聚合体浆液稳定,可直接纺丝。
N MA IA solution polymerization in ZnCl2 solution was investigated with a new initiator system composed by an organic peroxide and an organic reducing agent.The experimental results indicated that the velocity of initial polymerization was in direct proportion to 1/2 power of the catalyst concentration and to 3/2 power of the monomer concentration.The apparent activation energy of polymerization was 49.91 kJ/mol from calculation.The polymer solution was stable and could be directly spined.
