摘要
采用物理化学相分析、原位统计分布分析、扫描电镜、X射线衍射等多种分析手段对连铸长方坯的夹杂物含量、形貌、结构及其分布进行了分析。发现该长方坯中存在大量的硅系夹杂物,且主要为SiO2和硅铝锰的复合氧化物,该类夹杂物在长方坯中存在明显的偏聚。同时扫描电镜还观察到夹杂物颗粒呈球状,尺寸较大。对不同炉号长方坯的夹杂物进行分析,不同的分析方法所得的结果具有较好的一致性。
The content, morphology, microstructure and distribution of the inclusions in rectangular casting blank have been investigated by a combination method of electrolysis, original position statistic distribution analysis, scanning electronic microscope, X-ray diffraction and physical chemistry analysis. It is found that there are large quantities of silicon inclusions,including SiO2 and some composite oxides of Al, Si and Mn in the casting blank. The distribution of the inclusions is not homogeneous. Obvious segregation of Si and Mn elements is found in the casting blank by original position statistic distribution analysis method. It is also observed that the size of inclusions is large and in the shape of sphere under the scanning electronic microscope. The results obtained from different analytical methods have a good consistency for the casting blanks from different steelmaking furnace.
