摘要 基于在0.32mol/L硫酸介质中,铬(Ⅷ氧化钍试剂Ⅱ褪色,提出了钍试剂Ⅱ褪色分光光度法测定铬(Ⅷ的新方法。详细考察了反应酸度、温度、钍试剂Ⅱ浓度及反应时间等对铬(Ⅷ测定的影响。反应体系中钍试剂Ⅱ的最大吸收峰位于480nm处,铬的质量浓度在0~2.8μg/mL范围内与吸光度的减少呈线性关系,相关系数为0.9990。所拟方法用于电镀废水及标准钢样中铬的测定,结果与二苯氨基脲光度法或认定值相符。 A new fading spectrophotometric method for the determination of chromium(Ⅵ) is proposed, based on the decoloration of thoron Ⅱ oxidized by chromium(Ⅵ)in the medium of 0.32 mol/L sulphuric acid. The optimum conditions such as acidity, reaction temperature, dosage of thoron Ⅱ solution and reaction time for the system were studied in detail. The maximum absorption wawelength of decoloration solution lies at 480 nm. The calibration curve is linear over the range of 0-2.8μg/mL for chromium with correlation coefficient of 0. 999 0. The proposed method has been applied to the determination of chromium in galvanization waste water and standard steel samples. The results compare favourably with those obtained by diphenylaminourea spectrophotometry or the certified values.
