后腹腔镜肾切除术临床体会

Clinical application of retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephrectomy

目的总结后腹腔镜肾切除术的手术治疗方法和临床体会。方法回顾研究后腹腔镜肾脏切除手术治疗各类肾脏疾病28例,其中肾癌13例,肾盂癌5例,上段输尿管癌3例,肾萎缩6例,肾结核1例。结果手术均获成功,无手术并发症发生。手术时间80～180 min,平均100 min;术后8～24 h进食,术后住院7～14 d。结论后腹腔镜肾脏切除手术具有损伤小、恢复快、住院时间短,对腹腔脏器干扰少等优点,具有良好的临床应用前景。

Objective：To discuss the clinical value of retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephrectomy.Methods： A retrospective study of 28 cases who had received retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephrectomy was made.The cases included 13 cases of renal carcinoma,5 cases of carcinoma of renal pelvis,3 cases of carcinoma of ureter,6 cases of non-functioning and atrophic kidney,1 case of renal tuberculosis.Results： All the operations were accomplished successfully.No complication occurred post operation.The operative time was 80～180min with a average of 100 min.All the patients had taken food within 8～24h post operation and were discharged 7～14 days post operation.Conclusion： Retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephrectomy has the advantages of minimal invasion,rapid recovery and less intervention to theperitoneal organs.This technique deserve further spreading.
