摘要
目的探索循证护理在宫颈癌患者进行介入化疗护理中的实践及意义。方法针对37例行介入化疗的宫颈癌患者的需求,提出问题,并进行文献检索,对查出的相关文献进行分析、探讨,选出最佳论据,指导护理实践。结果实施循证护理后,进行介入的宫颈癌患者无1例发生穿刺部位出血及血肿形成。结论循证护理提高了护理实践的科学性,有利于持续质量改进和密切医护患关系,推动了护理科研的开展。
Objective：To investigate the evidence-based nursing for the patients with cervical cancer using interventional chemotherapy.Methods：According to the requests of the 37 patients who received interventional treatment,questions were put forward and literature retrieval was performed.Results：All of the patients using evidence-based nursing,who received interventional chemotherapy,hadn＇t any postoperative complications.Conclusion：Evidence-based nursing enhanced the scientificity of nursing practice.It is beneficial to improve the quality of nursing and the doctor-nurse-patient relationship.It impulses the nursing research.
