硝普钠、多巴胺联用治疗左心衰96例疗效分析

An analysis of the effectiveness of treatment for left heart failure with dopamine and nipride

目的观察硝普钠、多巴胺联合应用治疗左心衰的疗效。方法随机对照比较96例充血性心力衰竭（CHF）患者（治疗组、对照组各48例）,治疗组48例左心衰患者在常规治疗基础上加硝普钠、多巴胺,分别给予硝普钠50 mg、多巴胺20～40 mg持续静滴。结果治疗组治疗后心功能分级改善总有效率为95.8%,与对照组比较有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论硝普钠、多巴胺联用治疗左心衰疗效确实,安全度高,值得提倡推广。

Objective： To observe the effectiveness of treatment for left heart failure with Dopamine and Nipride（sodium nitroprusside）.Methods： 96 cases of patients with congestive heart failure（CHF） were compared randomly（48 cases for the treatment group and the control group）.48 cases of left heart failure were given Nipride 50 mg and Dopamine 20～40 mg by continuous intravenous infusion besides normal treatment.Results： Patients in the treatment group showed improvement in heart function with a total efficacy of 95.8 %.There was statistical significance in comparison with the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion： Combined treatment of Dopamine and Nipride for left heart failure has good curative effects and high safety,and is worthy of being further promoted.
