摘要
在室温下对TC2M钛合金圆板坯料(厚度为1.5mm,直径为160.0mm)进行了压窝试验研究。卸载后压窝制件凸缘出现明显的双曲率翘曲,这种形状畸变造成了钛合金板压窝零件无法满足尺寸和位置精度要求。对这种形状畸变进行定量描述的同时,分析了产生形状畸变的原因,主要是由钛板轧制过程产生的板织构特性,各向异性所引起的变形差异以及应力场、应变场分布的不均匀引起的。
The raising process experiments for the circular plate blanks of TC2M titanium alloy , whose thickness and diameter are 1.5mm and 160.0mm , have been studied under the room temperature. The double curvature warps which obviously appears after unloading pressure induce the titanium alloy parts off the dimensional and location tolerance. It is analyzed that the shape distortion which is described quantitatively is caused by the characteristic of board texture, anisotropy and the unsymmetrical distributing of stress field and strain field.
