摘要
冲压成型过程的数值模拟涉及到材料非线性、几何非线性和边界非线性的综合影响,直接计算的难度非常大。利用大型通用有限元软件ABAQUS在处理非线性力学问题中的优势,研究了成型速率和质量缩放对于模拟成型问题的影响,最后通过能量曲线判断速率和质量参数的设置是否合理,并给出相关算例应用。算例表明:ABAQUS在处理钣金冲压成型中可以得到令人满意的结果。
Due to the integrated influence of material nonlinear behavior, geometry nonlinear behavior and boundary condition nonlinear behavior during drawing process simulation, it is very difficult to get the numerical solution directly. ABAQUS is a well- known FEA software, especially in the nonlinear mechanics field. The article shows some research about the effects of the punch's velocity and the mass sealing factor on drawing process simulation, which can be estimated by the relation curve of kinetic energy and internal energy. Example shows that the satisfying result of drawing process simulation can be obtained by ABAQUS.
