摘要
几何模型是虚拟加工系统中的关键功能和关键性软件,是任何虚拟加工系统不可缺少的功能,其质量直接关系到整个仿真系统的成败。它采用一种很简单并且很实用的表达方法,表达了数控铣床的整体结构,包括机床体和常用铣刀,并采用OpenGL技术进行了真实感处理,所建立的数控铣削仿真模型真实形象,满足了教学需要和生产中对仿真模型的要求,通过对实际生产情况进行仿真验证,得到了让人满意的结果。
In the hypothesized processing system, the geometry model is essential function and the crucial software, is of indispensable function to any hypothesized processing system, and its quality related directly to the success or failure of the entire simulation system. Using a very simply and very practical expression method, this article expressed overall construction of a numerical control milling machine, including the engine bed body and the common milling cutter, using the OpenGL technology to carry on real dimension processing. The establishednumerical control milling simulation model is actual and visual, which satisfied the teaching and the production need. Through carrying on simulation confirmation to the actual production situation, a quite satisfactory result is obtained.
