电针配合颈丛麻醉施甲状腺手术的疗效观察

目的探讨电针配合颈丛神经阻滞实施甲状腺手术的麻醉效果。方法甲状腺手术116例，随机选用电针麻醉为主27例，颈丛神经阻滞为主36例，电针配合颈丛神经阻滞53例，观察心率，平均动脉压，麻醉效果。结果电针配合颈丛神经阻滞心率，平均动脉压平稳，麻醉效果满意，与术前比较，经统计学处理P〉0．05，无显著性意义。电针麻醉组无并发症发生，但麻醉效果不理想，肌松效果欠佳。颈丛神经阻滞组喉返神经阻滞6例，占16.7％，膈神经阻滞4例。占11．1％。电针配合颈丛神经阻滞组，喉返神经阻滞3例，占5．6％，肌松，镇痛效果佳，并发症少。结论采用电针配合颈丛神经阻滞实施甲状腺手术麻醉效果较为理想。
