摘要
安钢40t/h锅炉由于设备老化、原煤颗粒度不均等原因,造成该炉燃烧不好、锅炉热效率低。加之减温器容量设计偏小,所以近年来钢炉负荷未能超过额定值的70%。经过理论分析和比较,通过改进减温系统工艺,采用分层燃烧等技术改造措施,提高了锅炉热效率,增加了锅炉产汽量。
40t/h boiler of Anyang Iron & Steel Plant has unsatisfactory combus- tion and low heat efficiency due to old equipment and uneven particle Sizes of raw coal. In addition, volume design of temperature reducing device is small the boiler load is less than 70% of rated value. On the basis of theoretical analysis and comparison process of tempera- ture reducing system is improved. Laminated combustion technique is adopted.
