On the Principle for Developing the Syllabus of Words in TCSL

本文探讨了《汉语水平词汇与汉字等级大纲》的研制原则系统,认为加合性是其根本缺陷。在此基础上,本文提出了一个生成性的原则系统。该系统的特点在于它的生成性、双部性、平衡性和互补性。该系统首先分为基础原则和操作原则两个子系统,前者监控后者。后者又进一步分为选词、排序和标注三个子系统,每一个子系统都有下位的原则保障。

This paper analyzes the major problems regarding the principles for developing The Syllabus of Graded Words and Characters for Chinese Proficiencies. Then it proposes a new generative principle system, which is distinctive in its generative, double subsystems, inter- balance and inter- complementation. The new system is composed of two subsystems： fundamental principle system and the practice principle system, the former in supervision of the later. The practice principle system consists of three subsystems, namely ： vocabulary system, order system and labeling system.
