Social Insurance Fund Investment and Supervision System Design

社会保障基金是社会保障制度的经济基础,社会保障制度的健康运行,有赖于社会保障基金的支撑。建立规范的社会保险基金投资和监管体系,是构建社会保障体系的一项重要内容。通过分析当前我国社会保险基金投资和监管过程中存在的问题,设计了适合我国国情的投资和监管体系,在保障社会保险基金安全性的前提下实现社会保险基金的保值和增值。

Social guarantee fund is the economic foundation of social guarantee system and healthy operation of social guarantee system relies on the support of social guarantee fund. The establishment of the system of standard social insurance fund investment and supervision is an important content of constructing social guarantee system. Through the analysis of the problems in the current social insurance fund investment and supervision in China, this paper designs the model of investment and supervision conforming to China＇s current situations,realizing the insured and increased value of social insurance fund under the premise of guaranteeing the safety of the social insurance fund.
