摘要
对协同NPD中的冲突管理进行了分析,介绍了一种经修正的协同NPD冲突管理层次模型及其关键成功因子,并提出了一些管理建议。
Collaborative new product development (NPD) has been used as a tool for many industries to achieve competitive advantage and reduce development cost. Both large and small companies are trying to leverage external resources and knowledge by collaborating with complementary companies. However, there are many failure cases due to conflicts in collaboration. Then conflict management in collaboration is very important to successful collaborative NPD. This paper introduces an adjusted hierarchy model of conflict management in collaborative NPD and its critical successful factors, and also presents some managerial suggestions.
