基于极端“理性行为”模型的装备研制费投量研究

Research of Equipment R&D Input Based on Extremist Irrational Behavior Model

根据McGuire和Smith的极端"理性行为"模型,从经济学的角度,对武器装备研制费的投量进行了初步研究。以装备全寿命费用效用最大化为目标,确定装备研制费用投入量的最佳值,并得出装备研制费用与装备采购等后继费用成反比关系,进一步探讨了实现最佳值的具体措施。

According to the extreme irrational behavior model of McGuire and Smith from an economic point, this paper does a preliminary research about inputs of R ＆ D costs of weaponry and equipment. Aims at optimizing effectiveness of equipment life cycle costs, the best value of inputs of the equipment R ＆ D will be determined, and we conclude that R ＆ D costs come with the costs of equipment purchases and subsequent stages as an inverse relationship. At last we further explore specific measures to achieve the best value.
