摘要在将全球价值链下产业集群升级的风险区分为内生性风险和外生性风险的基础上,探讨了两种风险的具体表现和形成机理以及二者的相互影响,并构建了相应的风险模型。指出全球价值链下,发展中国家产业集群要有效地规避升级风险,关键在于主动把握各种机会,提升自身能力,而这需要整个集群的持续努力。 Local industrial clusters of developing countries in global value chains don＇t upgrade smoothly and it followed by risks.This paper differentiates the risk of industry cluster＇s upgrading in the global value chains into endogenous risk and exogenous risk,then approaches the embodiment ,mechanism and interaction of the two types of risk.It also develops relevant risk model.It presents that in order to reduce this risk,it＇s essential for clusters to exploit every opportunity to improve their own ability and it needs the whole cluster＇s perseverant efforts.
